You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. You must promptly update your account information if any details change. tp999 is not liable for losses arising from inaccurate information provided by you.
tp999 may request identity verification documents at any time, including a valid government-issued CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport, or other accepted identification. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation may result in suspension of your account, restriction of withdrawals, or account closure. tp999 reserves the right to withhold funds pending successful completion of the KYC process.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not use automated scripts, bots, or any software that interacts with the Platform in a non-human manner. Such activity constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.
tp999 supports a range of Pakistani payment methods including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Allied Bank, Raast, 1LINK, SadaPay, USDT TRC20, and cash deposits through authorised channels. The full list of available methods is displayed on the Platform and may be updated from time to time.
All deposits are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per payment method; these are displayed at the point of deposit. tp999 does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges independently.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment instrument used for the most recent deposit, wherever technically possible. tp999 may process withdrawals to an alternative verified instrument at its discretion. Processing times vary by payment method and are displayed on the Platform. tp999 reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing pending completion of KYC verification or fraud review.
Deposits and withdrawals must only be made using payment instruments registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the account holder and the payment instrument owner are different individuals — are strictly prohibited. Any third-party transaction detected may result in account suspension and full investigation.
An account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months will be classified as dormant. tp999 reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee to dormant accounts. You will be notified in advance of any such fee being applied. Dormant account policies are subject to applicable regulatory requirements.
All sports bets, including cricket, football, and other markets, are governed by the specific rules of each sport and market as published on the Platform. In the event of a discrepancy between displayed odds and the correct market price at the time of bet placement, tp999 reserves the right to void or recalculate affected bets. Live in-play bets are final once accepted by the Platform; cancellation is not available after acceptance.

In jurisdictions where limitations on liability are not permitted, tp999's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the net deposits made by you to your tp999 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
